    • Qualification of the customer database;

    • Segmentation operations based on the booking history and your travel habits of customers with a view to sending targeted communications;

    • Establishment of statistics and commercial scores, and carry out reporting;

    • Provide context data to the offer push tool when a customer visits a website or makes a reservation;

    • Know and manage customer preferences;

    • You send newsletters, promotions and tourist, hotel or service offers, or offers from La Ferme de la Huppe partners or contact you by telephone;

    • Manage requests to unsubscribe from newsletters, promotions, tourist offers and satisfaction surveys;

    • Take into account the right of opposition;

    • Use a dedicated telephone service to search for people present in the company in the event of serious events impacting the site concerned (natural disasters, attacks, etc.);

4. What Data is collected?

 

4.1.  Data Types

 

La Ferme de la Huppe collects the following data (example, non-exhaustive list) from its customers and partners:

 

  • Personal identification data (surname, first name, title, address)

  • Identification data issued by public services and other registers: identity cards, passports

  • Communication and electronic identification data: telephone number, email addresses, whatsapp, etc.

 

4.2.  Information collected directly from Data Subjects

 

La Ferme de la Huppe collects and records all information communicated to it through the Services or by any other means in its customer relationship management systems (CRM, PMS). The Data Subject may decide not to communicate certain information, however this decision may have the effect of depriving them of certain Services. In some cases, this refusal may also make it impossible for La Ferme de la Huppe to enter into or maintain a relationship with the Customer.

 

4.3.  Information collected from third parties – Subcontractor

 

As part of its Services, La Ferme de la Huppe may also collect data from third parties, in particular specialized in online booking (for example, Booking, Expedia, TripAdvisor, The Fork, etc.). Data collected from third parties is processed in the same way as Data collected directly from Data Subjects (see paragraph 4.2 above).

 

By using the Services of La Ferme de la Huppe or by accepting the possibility of using them (potential client), the Data Subject agrees to this Declaration and accepts the collection of data concerning him or her from third parties. In the context of information collected from third parties, La Ferme de la Huppe can be considered as a subcontractor of personal data, according to the applicable regulations. 5. Data processing methods

 

The Data is processed by La Ferme de la Huppe - or by third parties selected according to their reliability and skills, as well as by duly appointed data controllers - solely for the purpose of performing the purposes specified in paragraph 3.2. above, mainly through IT tools, but also on paper. La Ferme de la Huppe keeps the Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the regulations applicable to the Services.

 

Similarly, La Ferme de la Huppe deletes or anonymizes personal data (or takes equivalent measures) as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the Purposes, subject to (i) the legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the retention of data over a longer period, or (ii) determine, exercise and/or defend actual or potential rights in legal proceedings, investigations or similar proceedings, including legal declarations that La Ferme de la Huppe may impose to preserve relevant information.

However, La Ferme de la Huppe does not use an automated decision-making process (profiling) in relation to a Business Relationship, a Data Subject or a Related Person. By agreeing to the use of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), La Ferme de la Huppe refers to their own data protection policies.

 

7. Knowledge and Transmission of Data

 

The Data that is transmitted to La Ferme de la Huppe is known and used by the employees of La Ferme de la Huppe with the sole purpose of performing the Services that constitute the reason for which the Data was collected.

Even if a Data Subject disputes the processing of their data, La Ferme de la Huppe is entitled to continue this processing if it is (i) legally binding, (ii) necessary for the performance of the contract to which the subject is a party , (iii) necessary for the performance of a mission in the public interest or (iv) necessary for the legitimate interests that La Ferme de la Huppe pursues, including the discovery, exercise or defense of a right in justice.

 

In general, the Data Subject has the right to require La Ferme de la Huppe to protect their Data. La Ferme de la Huppe works tirelessly to protect itself and its users from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the information it holds. More specifically:
